This Privacy Policy explains how Sandbox Digital ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use ai rank tracker (the "Service").

Account data: your name (if provided), email address, and authentication identifiers.

Workspace data: the companies, domains, brand aliases, competitors and tracked queries you add.

Usage data: run results from AI engines, alerts, and app activity needed to provide the Service.

Billing data: subscription status handled through Stripe. We never store full card details.

How we use data

We use your data to operate the Service: running scheduled query monitoring, generating reports and alerts, providing support, and managing billing. We do not sell personal data.

Third parties

We rely on trusted processors: a cloud database and authentication provider, Stripe for payments, AI model providers to execute tracked queries, and an email delivery provider for notifications and reports. These providers process data only on our instructions.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions. We also use a LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure signup conversions; it may set its own cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data and workspace data are removed. Some records may persist briefly in backups or where retention is legally required.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal data from the app's settings, or by contacting us. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, you also have rights to data portability and to object to processing.

Security

We protect data in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption and access controls. No method of storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
