1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ai rank tracker (the "Service"), provided by Sandbox Digital. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. Subscriptions and billing
A free plan is available without a credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Plan limits (number of companies, tracked queries, engines and run frequency) apply according to your plan.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, circumventing plan limits, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it to run queries that violate any applicable law or third-party term. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
5. Data and AI engines
The Service monitors responses from third-party AI engines. Availability, wording and citations produced by those engines are outside our control and may change between runs. Results are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute guarantees of visibility or ranking.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the brand assets, domains and query content you submit. You retain ownership of the reports and data generated for your account. The Service itself, including software, design and branding, is owned by Sandbox Digital.
7. Termination
You may cancel or delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms. Upon deletion, your account data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandbox Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
